• to improve its positions in countries where it already does business to become a major player;
• to gain a strong presence in high potential countries, in particular Central and Eastern Europe.
Combining organic and external growth to achieve its objectives:
• invest in distribution for each subsidiary: increase the number of branches, enter into new agreements, acquire brokerage firms, develop internet sales, etc.,
• capitalise on best practices, so that the expertise we have developed can benefit all subsidiaries,
• target acquisitions in countries with strong potential for growth.
