Ms. Qin, first as project manager of General Manager Office in Groupama S.A, she was appointed as General Manager of Groupama SA Chengdu Branch after the authorization of CIRC on 17 November, so as to pursue and intensify the branch’s development in line with the strategic priorities defined by the group, and to prepare it for subsidiarization.
Ms. Qin holds a Doctorate in Management Sciences/Intercultural Management (CNAM Paris), a DESS post-graduate diploma in Insurance Techniques (Université Paris IX, Dauphine), a MBA (ESCP-EAP). She began her career in China, as an employee at the headquarters of the insurer Ping An in Shenzhen, where she worked as project coordinator in McKinsey project and then worked in Deputy General Manager Office of Ping An Group. She subsequently worked as senior consultant and partner in consulting firms Beijing and then Paris. She was strategy manager of Accor Group in charge of Asian strategy investment before joining Groupama. During her stay in France, she was guest professor of Université Paris Ⅶ and Université Bordeaux Ⅳ. Her monograph “Global Management” was published by Vuibert in 2005.
Mr. Louvrier graduated from Solvay Business School in Belgium with a Business Engineering degree (specialising in finance).
Being aware of the importance of enriching his skill, he completed an MBA in Global IT and Telecommunications Management as well as a three month program at the MBA of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, thereby focusing on global business management and international marketing.
Over a period of 10 years, he has successfully conducted and lead assignments with a major focus on banking and insurance as well as financial issues in industry. As a consultant, he has worked on many international projects in the USA, China, France, etc. for well known companies. His domains of expertise are general management, project management, people management, performance measurement, audit/controlling, business development, and strategic marketing.
He joined Groupama in June 2008 and was sent to Chengdu to support local development. Since his arrival, he has negotiated and concluded strategic partnerships, prepared strategic reviews (internal and external environments), and worked on improving the organisational structure.
Throughout his career, with the benefit of his international education background and fast learning ability, he has not been afraid of facing new challenges and deal with high pressure, complex situations in a multi-cultural environment.
