  How to deal with cases involving no personal casualty but two (or more) vehicles?
  
  ·Call 122 to report to the traffic police
  
  ·Then call the insurance company
  
  ·Record the site if there is a digital camera or a cell phone with an image-taking device.
  
  ·If the parties do not dispute their liabilities in the accident and the loss is not so significant according to preliminary judgement, in order not to impede the traffic, the vehicles should be moved to a site not to influence others and await the traffic police.
  
  How to deal with single vehicle accidents with no personal injury?
  
  ·Directly report to the insurance company
  
  ·It is better to record the site by available methods.
  
  How to deal with cases with personal injury?
  
  ·Deliver the injured to the nearest hospital as soon as possible
  
  ·Immediately call 120 if the injured has a serious injury
  
  ·Call 122 for the traffic police as soon as possible
  
  ·Then call the insurance company
  
  ·In order to guarantee the judgement of the liability, it is better to protect the accident site so as to facilitate the traffic police investigation and to deliver the injured to the hospital by other vehicles.
  
  How to deal with cases caused by a third party who escaped?
  
  ·Call the traffic police if the accident happens on a road
  
  ·Call the local police station if the accident happens in a parking lot
  
  ·Then call the insurance company
  
  Will the police and the surveyor of insurance company come to the site and investigate the site?
  
  It depends on the degree and nature of the accident.
  
  ·Generally speaking, the traffic police will survey the site. However, for minor accidents, if the traffic police can preliminarily judge the liabilities according to the accident description by telephone and the parties have no different opinions, the traffic police will ask the parties to leave the site and transact the related procedures at thenearest traffic police station.
  
  ·The insurance company does not have the right to judge the liabilities in the accident involving two vehicles or someone injured, but confirms the incidence of the accident, records the site status and helps the party concerned to obtain assistance or asks the parties to drive (or tow) the vehicles involved to the service factory directly or another place appointed by the two parties so as to assess the loss.
  
  ·After reporting to the insurance company, the surveyors will contact the parties immediately and inform them whether they need to wait the survey at the site and give them other guidelines.
  
  Who will determine the loss? What to do when there is difference between the assessment charge and the actual repairing cost?
  
  ·The insurance company or another independent authorized body will come to assess the loss. For some accidents involving two vehicles, the traffic police will require the two parties to turn to the designated independent body for a just assessment.
  
  ·If any differences exist, the insurance company will negotiate with the service factory; however, the assessment of the independen body authorized by the traffic department will commonly be abided by.
  
  ·If the negotiation fails, the two parties may commission a third party for assessment.
  
  Why do we give customers two insurance policies?
  
  The state regulates that the "compulsory traffic insurance" has to be equipped with an independent insurance policy. If the vehicle purchases the  "compulsory traffic insurance" as well as other commercial insurance, it will own two insurance policies. Because foreign funded insurance companies cannot directly operate the  "compulsory traffic insurance",Tian Ping Auto Insurance Co.Ltd will issue this for our company.

  Should customers claim compensation from two insurance companies respectively? Unnecessary! Any compensation will be dealt by Groupama independently of others.
  
  
  
  What kind of situcation is not covered by the insurance?
  
  ·If the driver was driving illegally: driving after drink, driving without a license, driving card and license has failed the annual inspection, driving an unpermitted car type, driving on the highway when in training.
  
  ·If the car is sent to be repaired without damage confirmation
  
  ·Losses that occur while under repair or maintenance in a garage
  
  ·In cases of mental disability or incapacity (temporary or otherwise)
  
  ·Intentional acts of the driver
  
  ·Any loss to the car itself caused by materials in the car
  
  ·If any third party does not want to persue a claim
  
  ·Theft of vehicle accessories
  
  ·Earthquake, war, legal detention of the vehicle, forfeiture, confiscation, requisition
  
  ·Car accidents between family members of the insured, loss or damage in paying parking lots
