      Key Accountabilities
      ·Build,train, manage, optimize the sales team within his/her authority limitation.
      ·Allocate sales goal to the sales team in accordance with company’s sales strategy.
      ·Monitor the sales executive process regularly compared to the initial plan and take on corrective measures when needed.
      ·Within the Company’s rules and regulations, ask for all kinds of business documents and communication materials and provides them to the sales team.
      ·Propose training requirements, organize and carry out the training plan in cooperation with the Company’s training department to continuously improve the professional quality and business development skills of the staff under his/her direct responsibility.
      ·Following the company’s operation strategy, elaborate marketing strategy with the agency network manager in his/her own area.
      ·Propose the yearly budget for communication and marketing use.
      ·Keep track the flow and usage of marketing documents such as, but not limited to, proposals and clients receipts, and report any misuse to the Company without delay.
      ·Organize or attend daily meetings within agency network department and report the monthly visit information to the head office. (Refer to the internal regulation).

      Qualification Requirements
      Typical Education Level:
      ·College or above degree preferably majored in marketing or insurance.
      Relevant experience, knowledge and skills;
      ·At least 3-year work experience in insurance industry, preferably 2+ years in management..
      Abilities, personal characteristics and competencies:
      ·Good communication and executive abilities.
      ·Devoted, positive in business development.
      ·Results-oriented.
