Words from one experienced employee
I've been with Groupama for more than one year. Looking back over my time here, so many things and people remain fresh in my memory.
 

The first day, after reporting to work and seeing the 1000 square meter work place, I was deeply impressed by determination and confidence with which Groupama was establishing itself.
 

Taking the first step is what counts. Since there is no direct experience in China for Groupama to learn from, I firmly believe that persistence brings forth achievement. There are no markets that we cannot succeed in, there's always a way to make it work.
 

Through opening up lines of communication I've received enthusiastic support from all related departments of the company, and in particular, I've been helped greatly by our Deputy General Manager, Mr. Louvrier. Despite being very busy, he himself accompanied me to negotiate with potential partners on several occasions.
 

At present, the motor insurance business is really taking off. In our future work, I will still appreciate everyone's tremendous support and we will face the challenges and difficulties we are up against together. Let's continue to contribute whatever we can to the company and their work in China!
 

Finally, I truly believe that with our hard work and devotion, the word "Groupama" will make a deeper impression upon everyone, and that Groupama has a greater and brighter future.
