The experience of a new employee
I joined Groupama SA Chengdu Branch for two main reasons. First of all, after three-year's study in France, it is natural to want to work in a French company. Furthermore, I worked for Groupama as an intern in 2007 (for Nearly 5 months). It was quite cool to work in a friendly atmosphere full of challenges. Luckily, when I was still in Paris, I successfully passed the telephone interview and was recruited by Groupama to become the product specialist in the marketing department. Being a full-time staff member is quite different from the role of intern, assuming more responsibilities and facing more challenges. Currently, using my proficiency in French, I can communicate smoothly with all the departments and levels in the company. The marketing section is mainly responsible for the collection and analysis of market information, the formulation of external publicity, and the organization of commercial events. Despite always being busy, I can learn a lot about marketing knowledge and techniques everyday, and at the same time, thanks to the opportunities the company have given to me, start to train as a manager. Groupama is the first stage in my professional career, and I can not only widen my knowledge and gain experience in high -quality management, but also achieve the dream of becoming a qualified marketer of insurance.
