Hot tips
1. Once a health incident or accident that you wish to claim on happens, please go to one of the hospitals approved by Groupama (these are listed in the appendix of your contract).
2. When an accident occurs, you should go to medical institutions at county level or above within Sichuan province or a medical institution which has been approved by Groupama for treatment.
3. In case of death, we will need proof from the police station or from the undertakers.
4. In case of disability, we will need a report of the injury grade by specialized agencies. Please consult Groupama to know which institution you should go to.
