2011 Agenda arrangement of Groupama leader’s letters and visit day

The leader’s letters and visits days in 2011 of Groupama are June 20th (Tuesday), September 20th, (Tuesday), December 20th(Tuesday). The program will be divided into three parts: “letters and visits reception of GM”, “leader’s visit with cases”, and “Reflection of the situation from company phone call”. The detail arrangement is as followed:

Remarks:

1. “The letters and visits reception of GM” will be hold in reception room of Groupama (China) HQ. It will start from 9am onwards. Groupama’s staff will receive the petitioners who come to our company, make letters and visits registration, arrangement and coordinate the order and timing of letters and visits.

2. “Leader’s visit with cases” will be divided into two parts, which are visit in Chengdu and other cities in Sichuan related business and random visit in all the agencies.

3. Call center will accept letters and visits by phone during the entire day, record its contents and situation, and submit to GMO the same day.
